Mortgage Interest Rates Unchanged
Average U.S. 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage interest rates remained unchanged from the previous week's 5.88 percent, United Press International reported April 10, 2008.
A year ago the same loan stood at 6.22 percent.

It's good that the interest rates has not changed. I was confused about the rumors circling around about the increased mortgage loan interest rates.
