There are a lot of factors that affects the decrease of the prices of homes in the third quarter of 2010. Some of it maybe the economic problems that we had and the recession that still affects the entire economy. Little by little, the economy is recovering and sooner or later things will get better. An optimistic approach is required in order for us to manage the wrong turn.

This is due to fluctuations in the economy in recent times. Due to this many people had to face the situations of economic crisis and liquidity. I think this is a probable reason which has reduced the prices of the house.
