This is my first podcast, which was completed with the help of one of our Summer interns, Nat Fragala.
I didn't want the podcast to be over produced/edited, whatever you want to call it, mainly because I don't have the time to spend on editing, etc.
The podcast was recorded in one take, so all the imperfections are audible, but I think the important information comes across. Nat produced the intro and end of the podcast.
I recorded the attached Podcast in June about the $8,000 first-time home buyer tax credit. Time is running out for those home buyers that hope to take advantage of the credit. Click the link below to listen to the podcast.
