Hi Rich,

Thanks for blogging about this miscarriage of justice. Would it be worth retitled, or rewriting with a title the focused more on the "false hope" -- a tragic emotional betrayal which adds pain to injustice -- and secondary loss of money that you point to in this sentence?

"Instead of having false hopes of permanent modifications the individuals could have gone through with the foreclosure process and possibly set out to find less expensive housing options."

Can you add your perspective as an attorney and buyer agent to this discussion as well?
